Fluence trains your team to operate the energy storage system and perform preventative maintenance, with the option to include limited performance guarantees.

GUIDED SERVICE

Fluence provides comprehensive training for your team to operate the system and perform preventative and reactive maintenance.

All levels include remote monitoring and diagnostic services.

Complete Service

With this package, Fluence provides performance guarantees, all preventative and reactive maintenance and remote monitoring and diagnostic services. Complete Service enables customers to minimize risk and rely on Fluence’s expertise in asset maintenance through a comprehensive service package.

Leaner companies with smaller maintenance teams and/or limited experience with the major components of an energy storage system

Customers operating in high-risk commercial environments with strict performance guarantees and who value optimizing system performance over time

Shared Service

Our Shared Service offering includes remote monitoring and diagnostic services, reactive maintenance, spare parts and training for our customer’s technicians. Organizations selecting this option are comfortable taking on some responsibility for their system, including its availability and preventative maintenance, but rely on Fluence’s expertise in performing reactive maintenance.

Ideal for

Leaner companies with fully utilized maintenance teams and/or less experience with the major components of an energy storage system.

Guided Service

Fluence trains and certifies the owner’s maintenance technicians, enabling them to operate the system as well as perform maintenance activities. Guided service includes limited performance guarantees and requires quality control inspections and the periodic re-certification of maintenance teams. It includes remote monitoring and diagnostic services.

Ideal for

Customers with little to no commercial performance requirements and a low level of risk for under-performance

Technicians with experience maintaining storage components such as inverters, fire suppression, HVAC and transformers

Delivery Services

Fluence provides full turnkey implementation services for our energy storage products, including Engineering, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning. Our team has a proven record of designing and installing projects worldwide with a deep knowledge of the complexities around bringing a system online. We work directly with customers along every step of the way to ensure safe and on-time delivery of their energy storage systems.

ENGINEERING

Project support including ground studies, plant and site layouts, electrical drawings, engineering studies, network diagrams, and manufacturing reports.

DELIVERY

Delivery of core storage system equipment, including Cubes, inverter blocks, distributed controls, cabling, switchgear, transformers, metering, and more.

INSTALLATION

Full storage equipment and balance of plant installation, including project and subcontractor management, customer handovers, and operation training.

COMMISSIONING

Comprehensive configuration and startup services ensure all Fluence storage equipment, controls, software, and applications are functioning as designed.
